This guide is a 30 day meal plan that features 2 phases that each last 15 days and a home training plan for those with a BMI between 25-33. Your meal plan was broken into these 2 phases as it gets progressively more challenging to support your fat loss goals by giving you a shorter term goal of 15 days to focus on at a time. Each phase consists of the following:

Each menu comes with a detailed meal prep guide on how to execute the meal prep for 2 days worth of meals including a detailed grocery list of exactly what you need for 2 days. You can double the meal prep for 4 days at a time. You are not required to meal prep every 2 days. You are welcome to choose your favorite menus from each phase and prep them for 2 or 4 days at a time. It is not recommended to meal prep for more than 4 days worth of meals at a time with these menus. You will also receive a FREE copy of the “This or That” Substitution Guide Ebook (75-pages, a $29.99 value) to make substituting your macros a BREEZE!
  • Home Training Guide + Videos:
    • Includes a printable home training guide
    • Includes 5 x 30 minute at home workout videos that do not require any equipment! The only items needed are a chair, a hand towel, and 2 x 1 gallon water jugs (you can use dumbbells if you have them, however this is a cheap low cost alternative to those who cannot afford or wish to invest in weights for the home).
