Your meal plan was broken into these 2 phases as it gets progressively more challenging to support your fat loss goals by giving you a shorter term goal of 15 days to focus on at a time. Each menu comes with a detailed meal prep guide on how to execute the meal prep for 2 days worth of meals including a detailed grocery list of exactly what you need for 2 days. You can double the meal prep for 4 days at a time. You are not required to meal prep every 2 days. You are welcome to choose your favorite menus from each phase and prep them for 2 or 4 days at a time. It is not recommended to meal prep for more than 4 days worth of meals at a time with these menus.
