HIGH PROTEIN OATMEAL
Ingredients:
1 scoop MGN Pure Isolate
½ cup Oats
1 TBSP Raisins
1 Packet Steviaor Splenda (optional)
Directions:
Add1-2 cups of hot water(boiled on stove or microwaved for 2 minutes) to ½ cup Oats.
Let sit for 2 minutes
then stir in one scoop of whey protein and add raisins and sweetener(optional).
