Receive Your Plan
One you select your program and the order is processed through PayPal, you will receive your customized plan within 7-10 business days via email. It is very important to be as detailed as possible in the questionnaire regarding your preferences. If you hate avocado, but think you could tolerate it for the sake of reaching your goals, include that! The point is to design to program around you.
