Grilled Chicken Marinades
Summer is here! And what better way to kick off the season than to enjoy sitting in your backyard, grilling some delicious healthy food? This week we’re bringing you three different marinades to show that chicken breast doesn’t have to be boring and bland.
Instructions:
Label each quart size freezer bag with a sharpie to indicate marinade flavor. Combine chicken breast with marinade ingredients in corresponding freezer bags. Seal bags and then shake/turn bag to ensure chicken is evenly coated in marinade. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 2-24 hours, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Grill over medium heat, about 8-10 minutes each side. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
